Doubrava Consulting

For Denver-area heating and cooling companies

Google Maps rank and review care

Homeowners search Google Maps for furnace and AC repair. I do the weekly work on your Google Business Profile and your reviews.

The goal is to get you into the top 3 in more of your area, a square about 6 miles wide around your shop. It is a goal, not a promise.

Each month I send you a map that shows where you rank.

  • $397 a month. No contract. No setup fee.
  • I take one heating and cooling company in each area.

I am Ryan Doubrava. I do the work. No call is needed.

Start for $397 a month

What I do each month

  • Fix the profile. I check your categories, services, hours, description, and photos. I send you the list of fixes, and I make each fix after you say OK.
  • Post one update each week. A short post on your profile, so it does not look empty.
  • Get review requests to every customer. I send you the exact steps to turn on review requests in the job software you already use. You turn it on. It takes about 10 minutes, one time. If your software does not have this feature, I give your team a short message and a direct link to send after each job.
  • Reply to every new review within 2 business days. I start after you give your OK in writing. If a review is bad, I send you a draft first and wait for your OK. In your first week, I also reply to your last 10 reviews that have no reply.
  • Map your rank each month. I check where you show up on Google Maps for 2 searches. I check from 49 points, spread 1 mile apart across your area. You get the new map next to last month's map.
  • Send you a report each month. It shows the map, your new reviews, your rating, the replies, the posts, and what I fixed.

See what you get each month

What the monthly map looks like

This is an example with made-up numbers. Each number is a place in the Google Maps results for one search, checked from one point. The shop is in the middle. "20+" means not in the top 20.

In this example, the company is in the top 3 at 5 of the 49 points. It is not in the top 20 at 15 points. Each month you get a new map, so you can see what changed.

Who does the work?

I do. I am Ryan Doubrava, and I run Doubrava Consulting in Denver. I use software to help with drafts and reports, and I check the work before it goes out.

What it costs

$397 a month. No setup fee. No contract. You can stop at any time, online or with one email, and the next charge does not happen. Payment is on Stripe's checkout page. If your job software charges for its review feature, that cost is yours.

A Google Business Profile is free from Google. The $397 is my fee for the work on this page. Each invoice shows it as a management fee.

My promise: 30 days. If you are not happy for any reason, I refund the first month.

I can also end the service with 30 days' notice. If that happens, you keep everything.

One company in each area

I work with one heating and cooling company in each area. An area is a square about 6 miles wide. It sits around your shop, unless we agree on another place in the towns you serve.

While you pay, I do not take another heating and cooling company in your area. If you stop, the area stays yours until the month you paid for ends.

Your payment holds your area from the moment it clears. At checkout you give the city where your shop is. I use that city until you add me as a manager. Then I confirm the exact area by email.

If your area is taken.

If your area overlaps the area of a current client, I tell you and refund your payment in full within one business day. If two companies pay for the same area, the one whose payment cleared first gets it.

If I do not get manager access.

I cannot start without manager access. If I do not have it 14 days after your payment, I cancel the service and refund your payment in full. The area then opens again.

Want a second area? Email me.

How to start

  1. Use the button on this page. You pay $397 on Stripe's checkout page.
  2. You add me as a manager on your Google Business Profile. The next page shows the steps. It takes about 2 minutes.
  3. You reply to my welcome email with five things: your job software, your three most important services, the towns where you most want jobs, the person who can OK a reply to a bad review, and your OK in writing for me to reply to reviews and post updates in your company's name.
  4. I confirm your area by email and make your first map.
  5. In the first 5 business days, I send you a list of the fixes I plan to make. I make them after you say OK.
  6. Each month, you get the map and the report.

No call is needed. If you have a question, email me at [email protected]. I answer within one business day.

You stay in control

  • Your Google profile stays yours. You stay the owner. I get manager access only, and you can remove me at any time.
  • I make a change to your profile only after you say OK. Each monthly report lists every change.
  • I reply to reviews and post updates in your company's name only after you say yes in writing. One line in an email is enough.
  • If Google or a user suggests a change to your profile, I ask you before I accept it or reject it.
  • Your reviews, your phone number, and your website stay yours.
  • If you stop, I remove my own access within 7 days.

Google has a notice for business owners who work with a company like mine: Working with a third party. Read it before you start.

How I ask for reviews

Every customer gets the same request. I do not pick only the happy ones. I do not offer rewards. I never write a review for a customer. These are Google's rules, and I follow them.

The goal, and what I do not promise

The goal is to get you into the top 3 at more of the 49 points on your map. It is a goal, not a promise. Google decides the ranks, and no one can promise a spot. I also do not promise a number of reviews or a star rating.

Google's help page on local ranking says that businesses with complete and accurate info are more likely to show up in local search results. It also says that more reviews and positive ratings can help a business's local ranking. My part is to keep your profile info complete and accurate and to help you ask every customer for an honest review. I do not control the ratings or the ranks. Google also says there is no way to pay Google for a better local ranking.

The map shows where you stand each month. It is a measurement, not a forecast. What I promise is the work, done each week, and a map and a report each month.

What homeowners say they look for

  • In a 2024 survey of 400 homeowners by ACHR News and Clear Seas Research, 56% said they would likely look for contractor reviews on Google. No other place had a higher share.
  • In BrightLocal's 2026 survey of 1,002 US adults, 74% said they look for reviews written in the last three months.
  • In the same survey, 47% said they will not use a business with fewer than 20 reviews.
  • In the same survey, 89% said they expect business owners to respond to reviews.

Sources: ACHR News, September 2024 and the BrightLocal Local Consumer Review Survey 2026. These surveys show what people say they do. They are not a promise of results.
